Our Chef's Table dinner series is a four course dinner with wine pairings in the heart of SoDo. We have 90 minutes of cocktails and getting to know each other before the dinner starts. We encourage connection and provide conversation starters! The bar is open and the wine is flowing. This is the perfect date night for foodies and wine lovers, or come alone and meet new people.

Cihan Erol Etlik is a Seattle-based Chef who specializes in creating dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
He trained under Thomas Keller at the French Laundry, Wolfgang Puck at Spago, and Jean George Vongerichten at J&G Grill.
He has also worked at multiple luxury 5 star hotels, including the St. Regis and Mandarin Oriental.
Another passion of his is traveling. His travel to over 30 countries inspires and enhances his cooking.
